In addition to scheduling of your emails, you can also snooze your inboxed mails and track responses to mails you've sent. Boomerang works only with Gmail and Google Apps accounts and doesn't support any other email clients like Yahoo, Hotmail etc as yet. I've recently started using Boomerang which is a great asset in managing my Inbox.
