The main goals for the new Play Experience is a central profile management and increasing game engagement.
Game Profiles
Have your own Level in the entire "Play World". You could be Level 20 Jim, and tell everyone how much of a gaming freak you are.How is leveling system works is by gaining points
- Every game will get to allocate a total of 1000 points, ie the more games you play the more points you can gain.
- You gain points by completing game achievements say defeating a boss or completing some levels.
I'm still not sure how giving points will work across games with different difficulties. Depending on the game it could be hard or easy to gain points, and a "true" gamer will always play the hard games. So Google Play shows he is less of a gamer?
